~Trend4Nails~ Purple Tribal Manicure + Tutorial!

Hello everyone, today I am very excited to share a new and fun post with you. It has took me a while to make another Trends4Nails post because making those articles can be really time consuming, and I just had to make them perfect :) But when I made the nail art that you can see in the picture above I managed to link it to a new and fun trend for this spring: the dark tribal print! In this article you can read all about this trend, and of course I share my own version of this trend by creating a nail art for you. At the end of this article I have included a mini-tutorial, which should make it even more simple to explain how you can create this nail creation yourself. Curious to see all the pictures and the rest of this post? Read on for all the details ...

The trend that I wanted to share with you today is, I think very suitable for the upcoming spring. I'm talking about the well-known tribal print that was really a hugh hit last summer. But even if the weather is colder, you can add this style to your outfit as well. By adding some warmer and darker colors to the outfit, you can still look very nice wearing this trend without looking like some tropical girl on the beach :)  On the collage above you can get a little impression of the photos I have chosen in this article as a starting point for my inspiration. I am fond of dark high waisted pants with a vest or crop top. But of course you can also just add a nice tribal scarf to your outfit to make it just a little more interesting. This style can be very casual during the day, but is also very eye catching and is therefore very suitable for upcoming spring.

Now we move on to the nail art that I wanted to share with you today. For this creation I used three colors, which I had never combined before. When I saw the end result I was very excited and I thought that they were looking quite nice together. You can really use any white nail polish for this manicure. Just make sure the nail polish covers well, otherwise you have to go over your nails several times, and that makes your creation less beautiful. The two purple colors I used are from Hema and Herome. The dark color I used as a background on two of my nails is called: No. 107 Dakar. The other purple / pink color is from Hema and is called No. 210. Below you can see through a tutorial how I made this nail art.

How was it made?

1. Paint all your nails with a basic purple paint and when this has dried, add thick white lines to the creation with your striper. On some of my nails I made a vertical line and on other some diagonal stripes.

2. Now you can go over this pattern again using a purple / pink color for the second time to make the shapes on your nails, and make sure to keep a part of your white lines still visible.

3. In the end I've filled in two of my nails with the pink / purple paint on the left and made a pattern of white nail polish on the right.

What do you guys think of this purple Tribal manicure?

Thanks for reading this article!
